General Alloy Care Membership Terms And Conditions:

These terms and conditions elucidate the regulations governing the application & payment o join Alloy Care Member programme. Kindly acquaint yourself with these conditions prior to participating in the member programme. Your participation implies your acknowledgment and adherence to these terms.

1. Eligibility Of Joining Alloy Care Membership:
Any customer who has purchased alloy kitchen cabinet is eligible to join Alloy Care Member programme before cabinet installation.

Once cabinet installation has been done, customer is no longer able to join Alloy Care Member programme.

20% Discount On Subsequent Purchase Terms And Conditions:

These terms and conditions outline the guidelines for the 20% discount offer on subsequent purchases, exclusively applicable to Alloy Care Members. Please carefully read and understand these conditions before availing of the discount. By participating in this offer, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to adhere to these terms.

2. Eligibility And Promotion Combination:
The 20% discount on subsequent purchase is exclusively available to Alloy Care Members.
This discount cannot  be combined with any other ongoing promotions.

3. Discount Recipient Criteria:
The discount is applicable only to customers who share the same name in the current quotation as provided in their first quotation.

4. Applicability To Different Installations:
The 20% discount can be applied to different installations, provided the customer’s name matches that of the first quotation.

5. Applicability To Multiple Quotations:
This discount is not applicable for multiple separate quotations within a single purchase or the same issued date.
If there are multiple quotations, the discount can only be applied to one quotation, specifically the one with the lower total purchase amount.

6. Discount Applicable Products:
The 20% discount is valid only for purchases within Alloy Kitchen’s cabinet series. This series applicable to kitchen cabinets, kitchen islands, shoe cabinets, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, TV cabinets and multipurpose cabinets.

7. Discount Cooling Period:
20% discount on 2nd purchase can only be enjoyed after a cooling period of one (1) month after
subscription to alloy care membership, starting from booking date.

the 20% discount can only be applied after a cooling period of one (1) month for each subsequent purchase, starting from the booking date. (e.g., customer purchased 20% off shoe cabinet on 29th November, only able to purchase vanity cabinet with 20% off on 29th December)

8. Duration Of The Programme:
The discount program will remain open until further notice, providing customers with ample opportunity to avail themselves of the benefits.

We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. in the event of any disputes, the decision of alloy kitchen shall be final and binding.

Cash Referral Reward Terms And Conditions:
These terms and conditions elucidate the regulations governing the cash referral reward offered by alloy kitchen. kindly acquaint yourself with these conditions prior to participating in the referral program. your participation implies your acknowledgment and adherence to these terms.

1. Eligibility Of Cash Referral Reward:
The cash reward is exclusively available to the referrer who makes a successful referral.

2. Cash Referral Reward Amount:
The cash referral reward is fixed at RM 500 only.

3. Exclusion Of Referees:
The referral reward is not applicable to any referee who is an employee of alloy kitchen or its subsidiaries.

4. Self-Referral Prohibition:
Referring oneself as an alloy kitchen referral to gain the cash reward is strictly prohibited.

5. Eligibility Of Cash Reward Recipients:
The cash reward is applicable solely to customers who purchase any of alloy kitchen’s cabinet series, including kitchen cabinets, kitchen islands, shoe cabinets, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, and multipurpose cabinets.

6. Program Eligibility Criteria:
The program is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above who have previously purchased alloy kitchen’s cabinets. the referrer should also be an alloy care member.

7. No Limit On Referee Quantity:
There are no limitations on the number of referees a participant can refer.

8. Conditions For Enjoying Cash Reward:
To enjoy the cash reward, the referee must meet the following two criteria:

8.1 The invoice must be generated and duly signed by the referred customer after the installation is completed.
8.2 The total invoice amount of the purchase price must be paid in full.

9. Program Duration:
The program will remain open until further notice, allowing participants ample time to benefit from the cash referral reward.
We retain the right to modify, extend, or terminate this program at our discretion without prior notice. in case of any disputes, the decision of alloy kitchen shall be considered final and binding.
