Refund Policy

  1. Enjoy 7 Days Free Refund Policy On Your Deposit On Any Cabinetry Purchase (Excluded For Certain Promotion Package) From Alloy Kitchen. 
  2. This Refund Policy Is Applicable For All Custom Made Projects Only. 
  3. This Refund Policy Is NOT Applicable For Customer Projects Who Already Proceed With Factory Production.(After Signed For Confirmation Of Design).
  4. Refund For All Credit Card And Debit Card Purchase Will Be Deducted Bank Charges Due To Bank Transaction Fee During Purchases. 
  5. All Refunds Will Only Be Bank-In To Customer Account Name Matching The Original Payment Quotation (Verification Document Needed For Certain Conditions).
  6. All Payment & Deposit After 7 Working Days Is Not Refundable.

Payment Details

  1. Customer Is Required To Make A Minimum Deposit Of RM2,000 Or 15% (Whichever Is Higher) Of The Whole Project’s Quotation. 
  2. The Deposit Of This Quotation Only Act As A Price Lock Guarantee And The Booking Price Only Stays Valid For 3 Months From The Date Of Payment Received Or Subject To The Promotion Package Terms. After The Validity Date, The Price May Be Readjusted Which Is Subject To Latest Updated Aluminium Pricing. However The Deposit Is Still Active For Another 3 Months Until It Is Being Forfeit. 
  3. The Deposit Only Valid For 6 Months From The Date Of Payment Received. The Deposit Will Be Forfeited After Valid Date. 
  4. There Will Be No Production Process Until 50% Payment Is Received. 
  5. Customers Are Advice To Make Payment Via Bank Transfer, Debit Card & Credit Card. Alloy Kitchen Will Not Responsible For Any Cash Payment Received. Please Make All Payment Directly To ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD [MAYBANK: 5128 4854 4280] Only.

Installation Terms

  1. Full Payment Must Be Made At Least 3 Days Prior To Installation Date. Your Installation Schedule Will Be Postponed If Payment Is Not Received 3 Days Prior To Installation Date. 
  2. ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD Shall Not Be Responsible Or Liable For Any Delay Or Inability To Complete The Project By The Reason Of Any Delay Or Failure By Any Independent Contractor Engaged By The Client To Provide Any Services With The Project. 
  3. ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD Has The Rights To Postpone Any Customer Installation Date Due To Any Unexpected Causes Which Includes Natural Disorders/Disasters, Civil Disorders, Government Enforcement On Areas Lockdown, Military Act, Pandemic, Accident, Theft, Installation Vehicle Breakdown & Other Causes Which Causes Delay Or Operation By Our Company And Suppliers. 
  4. Service Charge Or Additional Transport Fee May Incurred If The Project’s Installation Is Delay Or Inability To Complete On Installation Date Which Cause By Customer Or Any Independent Contractor Engaged By The Client. 
  5. For Any Postpone Of Installation, Standard Customer Is Only Allowed To Extend 1 Time And Maximum 1 Month Of Extension From The Month Of Initiate, While Alloy Care Customer Is Only Allowed To Extend 1 Time And Maximum 3 Months Of Extension From The Month Of Initiate. Storage Charges May Be Imposed If Customer Fails To Install Within The Timeframe After First Extension Of Installation Based On Latest Quotation Price. 
  6. ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD Shall Not Responsible Or Liable For Any Workmanship Defects During Installation or Modification Such As Piping Damage, Table Top Cracked, Leftover Screwed Holes and etc 
  7. ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD cannot solely guarantee that after any changes or amendments upon any parts of the cabinet such as door, carcass, table top and others, that it may retain its perfect condition. However, Alloy Kitchen will try every effort to ensure amended carcass, section, and/or part is kept in its best conditions.

Design/ Material / Installation Date Confirmation:

  1. Customer Is Entitled To Enjoy Free 3D Design Service With The Maximum Of 2 Revisions. Any Additional Amendment Will Be Charge With A Fee According To The Design. 2. Customers Must Sign & Confirm All Design & Materials Prior To Any Production By Our Factory. 
  2. There Will Be No More Amendment Or Change Of The Layout, Appearance, Colour And Accessories Once Proceed With Factory Production. 
  3. All Colours Are According To Colour Quotes. Due To Nature Mixture Of Every Colour Chemical, There Might Have Slight Difference In Shading Of Colours If You Ordered The Material Colour At Different Batch Or At Different Time. 
  4. As This Is A Fully Custom-Made Project, This Confirmation Step Is To Ensure That We Are Producing The Exact Agreed Design, Measurements, Materials, Colours According To The Agreed Specification. A Separate Confirmation Form Must Be Signed During Design & Material Confirmation Process.

Warranty:

To Ensure Customers Continue To Enjoy Our Services, Please Ensure You Have Keep Your Official Receipt For Future Warranty Claims. Most Updated Warranty Will Based On The Warranty Detail That Can Be Found On Our Official Website (www.alloykitchen.com.my/warranty/).

Campaign Terms & Conditions:

  1. All Deposit Only Valid For Booking During Promotion Period And Installation Period. 
  2. Alloy Kitchen Reserve The Rights To Replace Any Discontinue Accessories With Same Value Items During Promotion Period. 
  3. Deposit For Promotion Must Be Made According To The Promotion’s Terms & Conditions And Deposit Is Non-Refundable During Promotion Period. 4. Customer Is Only Allowed To Purchase One Set Per Installation Address Only. 
  4. Customer Is Required To Collect And Keep Safe Any Electrical Appliances, Such As Hood, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Sink, Tap And Etc, At Their Own Risk If Any Postponement Occurs During Installation Period. 
  5. Alloy Kitchen Reserved The Right To Amend, Cancel, Change Or Terminate Any Promotion Without Prior Notice.
