  1. Enjoy A 7-Days Refund Policy Of Your Deposit On Any Cabinetry Purchases From Alloy Kitchen.
  2. This Refund Policy Is Applicable For All Promotion Packages & Custom Made Projects.
  3. This Refund Policy Is Not Applicable If Project Has Already Progressed Up To Factory Production Stage (After Signed For Confirmation Of Design).
  4. Refund For All Credit Card And Debit Card Purchases Will Be Deducted 3% (During Refund) Due To Bank Transaction Fee During Purchases.
  5. All Refund Will Only Be Banked In To Customer Account’s Name Matching The Original Payment Quotation.
  6. All Payment & Deposit After 7 Working Days Is Not Refundable.
  7. Any Changes, Refund And Cancellation CANNOT Be Done Once Production File Is Already Signed & Confirmed By Customer.


  1. Fully Payment Must Be Made At Least 3 Days Prior To The Installation Date. Your Installation Schedule Might Be Postponed If Payment Is Not Received 3 Days Prior To Installation Date.
  2. ALLOY KITCHEN MARKETING SDN BHD Shall Not Be Responsible Or Liable For Any Delay Or Inability To Complete The Project By Reason Of Any Delay Or Failure By Any Independent Contractor Engaged By The Client To Provide Any Services Related the Project.
